Here are some things to take into consideration regarding the refunds:

  • 🗓 refunds are available on the first 7 days of purchase
  • ⛔️ refunds on renewals are not allowed - we cannot issue a refund for a renewal charge in Optimole because this service also incurs costs on our end for each API key generated
  • 🔍 some of the refunds will not apply to the Expert setup services unless explicitly agreed upon and confirmed by Optimole
  • 📬 if you are facing any technical issues or you have questions regarding our product, feel free to contact us
  • 💳 it might take a few days for the money to be transferred to your account, but you will be notified once it's done
