How to Request a Refund?
We offer refunds to unsatisfied customers within seven (7) days of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us at friends@optimole.com with a description of the issue and your refund request.
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, customers are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of the initial purchase. This refund policy applies only to the first payment and does not apply to subscription renewals.
Yearly Subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions, customers are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of the initial purchase or any annual renewal payment. However, if there has been usage during the current monthly billing period, the fee for that month is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Any remaining unused portion of the annual subscription term will be refunded.
Here are some other things to take into consideration regarding the refunds:
- 🔍 some of the refunds will not apply to the Expert setup services unless explicitly agreed upon and confirmed by Optimole
- 📬 if you are facing any technical issues or you have questions regarding our product, feel free to contact us
- 💳 it might take a few days for the money to be transferred to your account, but you will be notified once it's done
