Why Optimole does not optimize all the images from my site ?

The first thing that you need to know is that Optimole is optimizing the images when someone checks them, i.e when someone views them on your site. Is not something done offline, all the processing is done on the fly. More details about this you can learn here.

However, if for some reason, when you check your site, only a few or none of them are being optimized, you might need to check those things:

  1. Are you using a caching plugin or does your hosting provide something like this? If so, make sure to clear the cache after connecting Optimole to your site.
  2. Are you using Elementor on your site? Optimole automatically clears Elementor's generated CSS when you save Optimole's settings, so images linked in Elementor CSS files are reprocessed without any manual regeneration.
  3. Are you using Beaver Builder on your site? Optimole automatically updates Beaver Builder's generated CSS and JS, so images linked in those files are processed without any manual cache clearing.
  4. Are you using Divi on your site? Optimole automatically clears Divi's static CSS when Optimole's settings are saved, so images linked in Divi CSS files are processed without any manual action.
  5. Do you have CDN setup already on your site, for the images? If so, make sure to whitelist the CDN address in your dashboard by going to the Whitelist page.

If none of those does solve your issue, you can always ask for help on from support team.
