How to Manage or Unsubscribe from Optimole Email Notifications
If you're receiving emails from Optimole that you no longer want, you can manage your notification preferences directly from the Optimole dashboard — no need to contact support.
🔔 Accessing Notification Settings
- Log in to your Optimole dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Click the Email Notifications tab.
You can access the notifications settings page directly at: https://dashboard.optimole.com/settings/email
✉️ Disabling Email Notifications
On the Email Notifications tab, you'll see toggles for the different types of emails Optimole sends. To stop receiving a specific type:
- Locate the notification type you want to disable.
- Toggle it off.
- Your preference is saved immediately — no need to click a save button.
📝 Note: Changes take effect right away. You will not receive a confirmation email when you update your notification preferences.
📋 What Emails Can Be Managed
From the Email Notifications tab you can control two categories of emails:
- Account activity — notifications related to your account, such as account welcome messages and account-related alerts.
- News and Updates — product updates and promotional campaigns from Optimole.
⚠️ Important: Some transactional emails, such as billing receipts, payment failure notices, and invoice delivery, may not be controllable from this tab. These emails are required for account management and cannot be disabled.
❓ Still Receiving Emails After Unsubscribing?
If you continue to receive emails after disabling a notification type, check the following:
- Make sure you are logged in to the correct Optimole account. If you have multiple accounts, the preference must be updated on each one separately.
- Some emails (for example, billing alerts) may not be affected by notification preferences — see the note above.
- Allow a short delay for the change to propagate fully.
If the issue persists, contact Optimole support for further assistance.
