How to Update Company Details on Optimole Invoices
Optimole processes billing through FastSpring. If your invoices are missing a company name, address, or VAT/Tax ID, you need to update your profile directly in FastSpring. This guide walks you through accessing FastSpring from the Optimole dashboard and adding your company details so they appear on all future invoices.
⚠️ Important: Changes to your billing profile apply to future invoices only. If you need a past invoice updated with your company details, please contact support at friends@optimole.com.
Step 1: Access FastSpring from the Optimole Dashboard
1. Log in to your Optimole account at dashboard.optimole.com.
2. In the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
3. Under your active plan, click Manage subscription. You will be redirected to the FastSpring account portal.
📝 Note: If you do not see a Manage subscription button, ensure you are logged in with the account that holds the active Optimole plan.
Step 2: Update Your Billing Profile in FastSpring
Once you are in the FastSpring portal, you will land on the Subscriptions tab by default.
1. Click on Account Details in the FastSpring navigation.
2. Under the Your Profile section, click Edit.
3. Fill in your company information:
- Company Name
- Address (street, city, postal code, country)
- Phone Number
4. Click Save to apply your changes.
